Anyone know how to set up automatic donation bank withdrawls for a non-profit?

So I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I work for a non-profit and we would like to start accepting monthly automatic bank withdrawls for donations. Anyone know how to set that sort of thing up?

The person donating will need to sign a form, giving you/your financial institution that privilege. Or, they can use Billpay and automatically send each week/month and have it directly deposited into your account.
The non-profits with whom I work have found this to be very effective and well received by donors. We set it up through our bank and they provided appropriate forms and guided us through. I'd have a talk with your bank representative and see what they can do. My experience has been that the bank works pretty hard to help with these things. They want the business and it's always good PR to be helpful to non-profits. On the off chance that your bank is not helpful then you may want to find a bank that is.
