No need for hygienist license or certification in Florida.?


I was told that a dental assistant can perform dental cleaning in Florida. Is this really legal?

It sounds illegal to me, but I guess it depends on whether or not the Dentist wants to hire you.
I have two words for You: "Universal Precautions". Now go and contact the appropriate statutory authority.
