What should i do to get stable orthopaedic surgeon's post so that nobody should say me to leave job in between

i'm m.s. orthopaedics who likes to operate slowly and carefully without harming the patient. i take longer time according to others. i'll be glad to work with, somebody who won't demoralise me, and on minimum contract of 5years with starting salary 35000 plus incentives as i know the tact how to tackle the patient best. During surgery and post-surgery i like to respect body tissues. Preferably i like to work in hospital attached to medical college.I've passed m.s. orthopaedics in july 2006. i do have interest in research - where i've been interfered by. I 'll definitely like to contribute to orthopaedics surgery.I consider myself as a lifelong learner of scientific research.

sounds like you'll need an English course to succeed. If you want to live here, then speak the language and you can do well.
