Wages and benefit packages vary from place to place and town to town. You're not going to be paid the same in a big city as a small town. The best thing to do is to check out local nursing homes and hospitals to see what they pay and offer in the way of benefits. Typically, temp agency CNAs make more money, but don't get heath insurance. |
