Your best bet is to find someone at your facility that has been there a while and ask them. Different facilities have different ways of doing things and the only way to find out how you need to do it is to ask someone who knows. Don't feel afraid to ask that's the only way to learn and remember to use your CNA's as a resource they are the ones that work closest with the patients and some of them know more then they get credit for. |
