I have an interview comming up at a nuclear medicine doctor's office to be a medical assistant? |
my question is..how do you answer the question "what's something you see in yourself that you need to work on?" i have been asked this by an interviewer before and was completely stumped...what would you say? it has to be something that is good and bad at the same time, like " i am too kind and an unable to see the bad in people" or "Sometimes, i am too much of a perfectionist that it consumes me and i focus on the most minute details even when it's irrelevant. Always try to turn a question that seems to be a disadvantage into an advantage. You might consider such replies as: I am too conscientious. I make friends with my co-workers and I want to separate business from pleasure. I spend to much time with work and therefore tend to not have enough time for other obligations. Sometimes, my co workers dislike my loyalty to the boss. I need to see the big picture of the company's operation an d not just my own job. If you use any of these approaches make sure that it pertains to you and you can back it up with examples. Good luck with your interviews. hi check the below link its useful http://workathomeandearnmoney.blogspot.c... . |
