What is a good way to curb your appetite? |
i hate getting the urges to eat simply from boredom. Any tips? make sure you eat a good breakfast everyday. green tea is a natural appetite suppresant as well. Try snacking on something healthy like carrots or celery with a little peanut butter as a heatlhy snack in between meals. . Whenever you feel like eating try drinking water instead or eating a mint or chewing some gum. That will likely draw your attention away from wanting to snack. Exercise also curbs your appetite. Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Spread it out so you eat something every 3 hours. It has to be healthy though =) jump on a treadmill instead Drink some water Drink plenty of water when you feel hungry.
