my last physical was on feb. 5 2007. on my football information paper it says, "physical must have current meaning as of May 2007".....am I good for football season? Since I have already had a physical this year, my healthcare will not provide another physical, if this is not valid how can i get another physical
Ask the school or program if they will accept a physical dated 2/5/07 or not. They may have something set up with a local doctor or clinic for low cost physicals. (Our youth football program set up physicals with a local doctor who only charged people $10.) |
