Is the pay good for a dental nurse with the NHS?

I am looking at taking up an apprenticeship with the NHS to train to be a dental nurse... Only thing is I don't wanna end up with a low income in the future... Please help if you can =]

look up 'nhs show website' and have a look at the jobs page
Well its better than no job there will always be teeth (i think o-0) its not brill pay not too much higher than minimum wage i think but its a nice job and you get to care for people.
I heard that anaesthetist's get really well paid you still get to kinda care for people and you only have to do a short course and theres a shortage of them so check that one out!
my untie was training to be an anaesthetist
A dental nurse? Is this an old term for dental hygienist or am I behind on the new term? Not sure what the NHS is so I am of little help to you. All I can say is that dentistry is a great career to be in so don't give up and study hard!
