Researches made about nursing- work & relationship related? My mom is a nurse and she is sometimes more concerned about her patients at work than she is her family at home. I think she cares a little too much sometimes. That isn't as bad as being uncaring though. It depends on the person. My mom likes her job and cares about the people she treats. If she was someone who went into nursing to get a paycheck, I think she would be uncaring and less kind with her patients. I'm a Respiratory Therapist and I like the idea of a big paycheck. Most importantly, I like using my skills to help people live more comfortably. At home, my mom is scattered and disorganized. At work, she is organized and reasonably efficient. I volunteered in a nursing home when my mom was working there. She really does care about her patients and treats them well. At home, she cares about us. But I do think that she cares a little too much. MOST NURSES IV MET ARE COOL OFF THE JOB ON THE JOB MOST IVE MET IN THE PAST 5 YEARS ARE LAZY UN CARING AND THEY NEGLECT THEIR PATIENTS ALL THE WAY TO THIER PATIENTS GRAVES MY HUSBAND AND I FOUGHT OVER THIS HE SAID I WAS TO KIND HEARTED TO WORK IN SUCH A COLD FIELD |
