I want a job in the medical field?

I want to be an RN but i am a young mother of 2 and 4 years of college is out of the question i am looking for suggestions on different opportunities out there i can take classes but i want to be done in a yr or less

Start out in an LPN program they are a year long. Then eventually you can bridge over to become an RN, which usually if you go to school full time only takes about 2 years.
Go to school for a medical Assistant. It is a one year class and you do close to the same duties as an LPN. Or take classes to be a Nurses aide. Those classes are about 3 months long
You can get some lessons or classes on how to take care of seniors, one on one if you want, house to house if you want, stay in if you want... i know a friend she did a stay in for a year taking care of this old lady that doesn't have any relatives (or they can't trace the relatives-something like that) but she can still read and in good mind - so she liked my friend and treat her like her daughter and my friend treat her like her mother - after the old lady died - she - my friend - found out that she enherit her house and a million dollar savings. But the money in the checking went to a charity hospice. Nice ha??? But of course, things like this doesn't happen to everyone.
