For those of you who have completed nursing school (RN)...?

Do you think I should quit my job. I currently work 40 hours a week. I have started to read over the chapter and it is ALOT of info. I know that lots of people have had kids (i don't) and full time jobs and have done it but I just don't want to fail or hurt someone during clinicals. Thanks for your input.

Back when i went to school, I was a single parent of 4, tutored 5 classes, and held a full class schedule. Now, I have employees that work full time and go to school. There is one thing that i was told when I went to school.... it is the hardest program you can take, if you are not up for it, then don't take it. Have you considered trying to take less credits? Yes, it is a lot of info, but when you are done, you are responsible for the lives of many.
It would be easier to just work part time while in school...that's what I did and it worked well...I had a child too and was divorced, but 40 hours is more than anyone can handle well and go to school...
Cut down ur work time. Manage ur time well. Even now i am working everyday from 8.30am till 5.30pm... i do goes for my part time course. Although it is tire but u have to carry on. Once u manage to finish ur course u will feel very happy.During this time, u must manage ur own time. So wish u all the best
