If you are an anesthesiologist, can you get into any legal trouble for doing a procedure incorrectly?

I was just wondering as I consider jobs in the medical field...

If you perform any part of your duties incorrectly, it could be fatal for the patient you are supposed to be responsible for. If your error caused the death of anybody close to me I would sue for negligence and for manslaughter
Absolutely. There are lives at stake here.:)

uhh, yeah. That's why many doctors pay hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of malpractice insurance to cover their asses. Anesthesiologists are probably somewhere at the top of the scale since their job is to basically keep people teetering between life and death.
any thing when dealing with people if you don't follow the rules you get into legal procedure even if you for example if you work in a super market and you are bagging and you put a detergent with fruits in the same bag and the customer gets poisoned from these fruit s you are in legal trouble .so my answer is yes. and for your case don't look for legal trouble do all you jobs at your best with love
