I'm figuring the pay isn't great, but do you enjoy your cases. I've always wanted to work in the health care business and this would be the perfect opportunity to work at night, so I can be home with my oldest right after school and she can have time finally for extracurricular activities and of course my toddler will have me most of the day, so that will be great.
I worked for Bayada Nurses since 2002 and the only problem I run into are they do a lot of very short hours mostly bath visits and alot of two to four hour cases, the pay rate is very competitive, in Pittsburgh the rate is 9.50 an hour and that is I feel very reasonable, I almost always have to run with two agencies to make up more hours and working shifts I prefer, but overall Bayada Nurses is a great company to work for. Good Luck to you!! |
