Scared to Death?

I start nursing school tomorrow and I am scared to death. I have been in the medical field for 15 years as a care assistant and medical assistant but I will start in the RN program. I'm excited and scared all in one, any advice?

Although there is a lot to learn in nursing school- you will have an advantage because you have been in the field for so long. You will be comfortable with the surroundings and the language. You will be able to have more fun while you learn because you will be starting with a comfort level that your fellow students don't have. There is nothing to be scared about- enjoy it. There's no need to fear, Underdog is here
You've worked in the industry in another capacity for 15 years. You will do well...as well as anyone else. Chin up!
don't worry. your experience puts you in an advantage above most students. You are most likely understand the subject matter better than most students. You might even be in a position to give advice.
I am jealous! Good luck to you! I am sure you will do great! It is always nerve wracking to start something new but once you get in to a routine and familiar with your surroundings time will fly!
My advice... if it is something you truly want to do, enjoy every minute!!
been there and done that
