What specific duties that relate to keeping work area clean & well organised. List some????

Common problems in offices, I seen included overcrowding, improper or poor ventalation (often related use of chemicals), improper use labeling, or storage of chemicals, obstructions in hallways, stacking of boxes and papers on top of filing cabinets, improper or unapproved electrical devices (heaters was the most common).
