Why Healthcare Industries - HR Question? |
Hi All, I am gonna attend an interview for a fresher(masters) job as a Dot Net Programmer. The company for which i am gonna attend the interview for basically deals with Healthcare problem. Their domain is Healthcare. I have a H.R. question for which i have no answer.... It would be great if someone suggest me a really convincing and smart answer to impress the H.R. The question is , Why Healthcare Industries??? Hmmm... do some thinking about it. I know.. they were one of the first to agree to an interview... and they really know that, too. But, does the company offer products/services you believe in? Does it perform a service for sick people and folks who need someone in their corner?? Do you know any disabled people or people who use products similar to those offered by this company? If so, chances are that you've seen what it's like for these people to attempt to acquire the products they need, and know the difficulties involved. Therefore, it would be very rewarding to help people obtain the goods and services they so desperately need, right?? Now, give it some thought, and see about putting it into your own words... and... go get 'em, tiger! ;) I am not completely sure I understand your question but I am going to give it a shot. I am assuming you are applying for a programming job for a company that deals primarily with Medical software programs and the problems they face. As a person in the medical billing field I know for a fact that in just the last 5 medical technology has grown by leaps and bounds and with the implenmentation of more government regulations and requirements for uniformed billing it is onloy going to get bigger. My answer to that question would be...because it is a fast moving field and I enjoy the challenges of an ever changing world. Combining medical/heathcare world and technology you have just put together the two fastest changing worlds in one venue. talk about never a dull moment! |
