What is the free tuition?

Hi, i'm currently a community college student who is enrolling in a RN Program for an associate's degree in science of nursing. I am really curious to find out a few questions and would greatly appreciate if you all would help me out:

1. What is the free-tuition program benefit for nursing students who wish to transfer to a university? I've heard that if you work for it's hospital, they can finance you or something like that. Is it easy to get into?

2. Do these universities offer the program: Georgetown U, Howard U, Johns Hopkins U, and The Catholic U of America?

1. free tuition is where a job like a hospital will pay for or repay your school exspenses because you are a employee, already..ie.. nursing assistant, trying to go to nursing school to become a RN/LPN.2.YES BUT YOU HAVE TO ALREADY BE A EMPLOYEE.
Most colleges offer free tuition if you have a job at the college or University. I know that this is available for all employees and their children at Georgetown U. The difference is that Georgetown University and Georgetown Hospital, although on the same campus, are two different entities. The same is true at Hopkins.

Since there is a nursing shortage, I suspect that most hospitals have tuition reimbursement programs for their full time and in some instances, part time, employees.
