Does anybody know about relocating from USA to UK. what is the easiest way to find out about nursing job? Try the NHS website but they tend to work on areas of the UK rather than a general job so you would need to have an area of the UK in mind. The Nursing Times I believe has a job vacancy section. Most jobs in the UK do not attract a work permit so you would need to have your job offer before trying to find accomodation. Most NHS hospitals have some form of accomodation on site or close by for nursing staff and doctors but there are not always vacancies. http://www.nhsemployers.org/workforce/wo... Good luck I know that there has to be a shortage of people for that job in order to get a visa. Google " American get a job in the UK" and find lots of info. Thought we might be moving with husband's transfer and was thinking of getting a job myself.... |
