It's illegal to ask you for a medical prescribes in your job?


If one of my supervisor ask me to bring my medical prescribes if i call in sick in my job.

Call a lawyer to be sure, but I think they can ask for a medical note from your Dr. I had to give one but when I asked for it, I told them not to put specifics on it as that is none of my employer's business. All they needed to know is that I was legitimately ill and under a doctor's care. Don't share more than you absolutely have to about your personal business at work, it can bite you in the butt later.
