Whats a good career/residency for someone introverted and graduated medical school?

The only specialty I know of that does not involve a lot of interaction with people is pathology.

Based on the construct of your question, I am going to assume you have not attended medical school yet and offer you this advice:

Do not assume that your personality will remain the same after completing medical school as it is today. Medical school is intense and it is a great equalizer. The bold become humble and quiet people find their voice. As you progress through school you change. What you witness and experience has a profound impact on you. When you walk across that stage to receive your MD you will not be the same, timid person that wondered if you could. Source(s): 35 years in health care
Anaesthesiology, pathology, or neuroradiology come to mind.
