Are there really people who are professional coders who travels around the world, similar to Traveling Nurses?
Many practice auditing firms have to travel from place to place when offices hire them to come in and audit their coding and make sure it is being done correctly.
I apologize, I cannot give you specific companies but maybe you can search the web for medical auditing companies.
I've seen their ads but I can't remember specific names. They all required a CCS or CPC with 5-10 years inpatient experience and really wanted a RHIA or RHIT.
