Whats the base salary for RN's in dallas?

I work at a large hospital in Dallas and they start new RN's at $22.50 an hour with $4 and $6 shift diffs. I also work PRN at another hospital in Fort Worth and they start new RN's around $20 with $3 and $5 shift diffs. If you have experience, those amounts will vary tremendously! I hope this helps...
