New job????

I started a new job about 2 months ago and I like what I am doing, I handle insurance for surgery patients. I got a call from an eye doctor who I know very well for his back office as a medical assistant. I did an internship with a eye doctor and I was able to observe in the back of his office, and I loved it. A part of me misses working directly with the patients. What should I do, stay where I am or go talk to the other place?

It doesn't hurt to interview with another place. You will have lots of things to consider: type of work, hours, pay, commuting, etc. Think of what it would take to make you want to leave your current position, so you'll know if it is worth it.
