Do I need a bachelor's in a health related field in order to get a Masters in Health Administration? |
And would it be difficult to get a job in administration in a health care setting without a undergrad degree in a health related field? One would typically need a bachelor's degree before entering a master's degree in health administration. Other professions such as occupational therapy and physical therapy sometimes have a combination bachelor/master's degree program but don't believe so for health administration. And just a word to the wise, please stay away from those 'online schools' such as university of phoenix, strayer u, devry u and kaplan university as they are not typically seen as reputable to employers. It has many campuses some here in indiana. It also holds full accreditation. Now I agree with University of Phoenix but you can't say that if you don't really know. |
