I was not paid for the past 2 weeks. I am an RN working for a company called Intelistaf.? |
There seems to be alot of trouble with their payroll dept so that pay statements are incorrect or not delivered. I work hard and with integrity and want only to be paid for the work I do. I dont want to have to call every payday to see if the payroll dept has messed up AGAIN! (I have 2 more weeks on this assignment and then I'm over this company) Any thoughts? Thanks Call your state's department of labor. But also call your company and tell them that you will not complete your work agreement and will not return to work until your paycheck is in hand. If they aren't going to fulfill their end of the contract, then you don't have to either. You'll probably get paid right away. Call the Labor Board. Interesting.....I get flyers in the mail from them all the time. I haven't ever worked for them....but now I know that I shouldn't either. Thanks for the info. I hope you get some good answers, I wouldn't know who to call to complain about this, but it's not right! Call the department of labor. This is illegal. |
