What type of medical job is this?

A medical job that you work for maybe 8-10 hours a day, only Monday Through Friday. You get Saturday and Sunday off, and even some holidays. Also you get paid a good amount of money anually. You are a little more "free"

I mean I am considering a family doctor but I don't think they offer any of what I mentioned above.

pharmacology...
or research or something.
And you can be any doctor to work the hours you want if you open private practice. My dermatologist works 12-8 monday - thursday and thats it. I bet he makes a LOT!
Work in a OR.
Most operating rooms only run for 8 to 10 hours.
