Whats a medical job which pays well, you work 8-10 hours a day mon-fri, and not always on call?

Maybe you can work directly with patients or clients....

(Requires around 5-8 or 9 years of school)

Pays 90,000- 150,000 dollars a year or more.

All I can think of is maybe a pharmacist?
Although you do need extra schooling for it, you're not going to be able to get straight out of high school and do it.
