Why is everyone so two faced? |
It seems that everyone I work with is two-faced. They are nice and friendly to my face, and run and tattle on me all the time. I am looking for another job, it's just so frustrating dealing with these people. Unfortunately, there will always be these types on the job. There are those who love to try getting co-workers in trouble, and then there are those who are control freaks, those who basically have no life outside of their job and want everyone to be as tied to the job as they are. You will mean very caring, and warm people, as well as uncaring and cold people. I would advise anyone who is able to try hard to get along for as long as you possibly can and then start your own business. If you have interested family members, friends who are business-inclined, get together and brain-storm, see what you can come up with. You might surprise yourself. Pray hard and have faith. This will follow you everywhere U have to learn to deal with it and make sure you keep all your personal things to your self and also make sure you dont do after work actrivities with anybody at work Keep work work and after work after work GL I know, it really sucks because they are everywhere, you can't really go anywhere without some people who are like that. The only thing that you can do is, learn to live with them, (but ignoring them as much as possibly possible. lol) When you look for your new job, don't be so trusting towards others in till you are absolutely sure that they aren't two faced. But even then they might surprise you.. Youre switching jobs because of two-faced people? I'll bet your new job will have two-faced people too. They might be worse. Youll always meet people you dont like. It is everywhere, good luck finding some place to work taht the ppl aren't like that. If you find one let me know. |
