I am interviewing with enterprise but I have seen some post by former employees that were quite disturbing! I have a four year old daughter, does anyone know if it is a job that is good for a mother or will I always be at work? Is there a good balance with enterprise? I have seen some posts that say you work 55-65 hours a week , only making $30,000 a year. Is this true? I have a Bachelor's degree, is this job worth it?
I work for Enterprise and have done so for the last 10 years. It is a company that definitely expects allot from the staff, but it also provides fantastic opportunities for grown and an unlimited possibility for earning potential as you progress in the company. It is not for everyone. If you want 9-5 work and promotion based on tenure then I would not recommend it, but if being a manager in two years with the chance to run your own business and be paid substantially off of the profits of your business then it is a great opportunity.
4 years after graduating from University I earned a major promotion and was making 4 times what I made to start, 10 years later I am making 10 times what I made to start. It can be done, but it takes allot of work to do it.
