I'm thinking of going into neurosurgery?

How many subspecialties of neurosurgery can you choose to do? How many years of fellowships will it take if I want to do Pediatric Neurosurgery, and neuro-oncology? What are some other subspecialties that I can choose?

4 years for an undergraduate (bachelors) degree, 4 years of medical school, 8 years neurosurgery residency, and up to 3 years of fellowship. Do the math.
