How can you practice pharmacy in the states if you're a graduate from a foreign University?

You need to contact the State Board of Pharmacy for their requisite for licensing pharmacist. Each state has different requirements - you can find these info from their website. Usually, the requirements entail 1500 hours of internship and passing the NAPLEX and the state law exam.
What the poster above said is correct, but there is a bit more to it. If you graduated after January 2003, the minimum degree required is a 5 year degree; if you graduated before January 2003, the minimum degree required is a 4 year degree. If you meet that requirement, then you'll have to take and pass TOEFL and FPGEE. If you pass, then you move on to the internship hours and later the NAPLEX and law exams.
