Where can i find what procedure you must follow in order to report an accident or incident?

Studying to become a nurse

Your place of work should have a policy for reporting incidents outlying the steps that should be made. Generally the first step would be filling in some type of in house incident report detailing the event and what you did in response, this would then go to the person in charge who would document risk and what was done to prevent reoccurence. For more serious incidents there would be an investigation by health and safety executives or human resources, depending on the type of incident. Source(s): RN
This would depend on if this is a accident or an incident. If an accident, what type? If a car accident you would report this to your car insurance company, or agent. Lets say your at work and fall, this could be a workers comp. issue, and it would be reported to your employer. In order to answer this question correctly I would suggest you specify if an accident or incident
Ask your supervisor they suppose to know how to. As far as I know you suppose to report the accident of incident right away.
