Why should workers be actively involved in contributing to OHS issues in the workplace? because it is the workers that are at risk and they see any potential risks because they are in the work situation everyday. Its also up to the workers to let the boss no when a new strategies to do with OHS is working as it lets them no that what they are doing is working and visa versa. |
