Does anyone have any suggestions for recruitment of nurses for a nursing agency?

I need to recruit nurses for an nursing agency and would love some suggestions about the best way to go about it and some ways that are cost effective!

Thanks =)

Put an ad on Craigslist,
go to nursing chat rooms.
put posters in stores that sell scrubs
put an ad in the newspaper
I am a nurse wanna be (school)and it seems logical to find out why nurses quit a job in the first place.... so that you can begin to fill those needs thereby becoming
more atractive to a prospecive employee

My list would contain the following:
1) money!....no need for explanation
2)environment...working with professionals- not
JR HI school girls
3) workload... is it ALL ON ME? or do i have people who are willing/able to step up when it gets hard
4)FLEXABILITY, can i take a sick day? or are you so understaffed that i HAVE to be there 16-20hrs a day.. there is no one else (being around sick people + long hours = a good recipe for illness)

these are MY sticking points for employment
there are plenty of jobs I can be pickey!
GOOD LUCK!
