I'm currently getting my Associates in Nursing and was wanting to hear from people who only have their?

associates degree in Nursing. I see a lot of job opening for RN's saying 'bsn preferred'. Was it hard for you to find a job only having your Associates? Or was it relatively easy?

Thank yoU!

I got my first job when I only had my associates and I had no problem whatsoever. None of the places I even went to even asked. As long as I had a license, the jobs were all fair game.
