The job position I'm applying for is Unit Clerk in a hospital and the only requirement needed is your high school diploma. I recieved my high school diploma in 2006.
You could list any volunteer work, clubs or organizations you belonged to. You could list these whether school related or while you grew up. You may list peoples names and addresses that can verify the fine job you did.
All they are looking for is how responsible you are. List your grade point average, school clubs, part time jobs, volunteering activities.
Non family references (teachers, neighbors) would be very helpful.
