no - takes more energy to make than it produces. At this time it is good to research, but not mass produce.

to keep up with practical use.
God knows. I mean it's still shooting poisons into the air, it's still toxic to humans. Plus production costs are high in energy usage. We don't really know the long term damage. I guess it's still better than gasoline, maybe.
