I want a buy a flat in Mumbai ( India) which bank will provide me lower loan interest rate ?


I am Searching for a Resale flat in Andheri (E) Mumbai India around 550ft . does it is better to buy now or wait for it . Which Bank will provide me low rate of interest.

icici bank is providing lowest int rate . you can negotiate on int rate with the bank
SBI is giving quite a good floating rate right now 8.5% i think, real estate prices have gone up quite high and future seems good for now, so its never late i guess
