Pl tell me can a highcourt lawyer can attest the paper?

I do not think all lawyers can attest the paper. The attestation of documents are specially vested with the Notary who are registered under a court .They are also Lawyers. Then ,there are Oath Commissioner in courts who are practising lawyer and who are authorised on application by the High Court to make attestations of affidavits.
It should also be remembered where ever you are required to submit attested copies of documents, the rule therein should be read carefully because they very clearly mentions the authorities or persons who can attest documents.
