Is the Minimum Alternate Tax(MAT) Applicable to 100% Export Oriented Units?

Yes MAT is applicable for 100% EOU also. However profits totally deductible under 10A/10B is allowed as a deduction from book profits under 115JB of the IT act.

If you are located in a SEZ, then MAT will not be applicable from the AY 07-08
