Filling Income Tax?


I was working in India till mid 2005, but now I moved out of India. I couldn't file return last year and payed tax for whole year. How can I file return now and get the extra tax I payed back (as I didn't had any income after that) Where can I get latest Saral form.

Check out the irs.com for all forms and instructions. If you were a US expat working in India, it was right to file. You can just file an amendment and claim refunds.
