If a salaried person is giving tax, the why he need to give more tax(like VAT, tax on petrol and so on).?

Indian constitution has provided for different types of tyaxes. what we pay is on our personal income, which is a direct tax. VAT, Customs etc are on goods, which is an indirect tax.
Do you know that in ancient malabar there was a tax called "Breast Tax" that was payable by female wanting to cover her breast, You are not paying that kind of Tax, it is only VAT
Salaries persons pay income tax on their salaries, business people pay income tax on their profits etc., this is Direct Tax., and the duty you are paying on petrol is an indirect tax (both of these are collected by central govt.,) and VAT (earlier Sales tax) is levied and collected by the respective state Govt. (all this is happening strictly according to our Constitution)

you cannot escape one because you have paid another they all are mutually exclusive
