Wat is the differnce between speculator and an investor and wat factors have to considered to define this.?

In short one who buys in the morning and sells in the evening and deals in many shares and repeatedly does it day in and day out is a speculator!!!
One who invests on a long term basis and who does invest on a systematic investment plan can be called an investor.
Two sides of the same coin.
Speculator is who trades in securities without taking any delievery.he is interested on short term fluctuations in securities prices.

investor use to invest in securities for long term.who enjoy dividend n interest income on these securities or who use to invest in securities for tax purpose.
