What's the procedure to get a new PAN card on losing the present card?


i've lost my PAN card! what should i do?

Apply for duplicate Pan card through selected UTI bank branches or NSDL
Apply for a duplicate through a UTI branch (always make and carry a xerox copy of your pan card)
