Can I cash in my life insurance policy now?

If there is cash value built in the policy, yes you can. There are two ways you can cash it out
1) You can borrow some of it and pay monthly interest on it.

It depends if it is a whole life pollicy I don't think term life has that option also talk to your agent.
you can cash it if its a life policy and you are sole benefiairy just ssec a certified copy of the deceased death cert.to the company they will send you forms to complete.
