Sue an Insurance Company? Help!!?

I lost my mobile phone in Oct. I paid my exess fee in Nov. I have been with Supercover INsurance for a year. Up till now they have not provided me with a replacement phone. They blame the couriers or dont respond. Surely two months is enough to sue? I want my money back. Surely they have breached the contract. I have been paying them 拢5.00 for a whole year and they cannot supply me with a phone? I want to take this all the way

Contact the insurance ombudsman. Either google their details or they will defo be in the back of your policy booklet.
Its so natural from insurance companies to settle those kind of claims. its really up to you how you do the follow-ups. Try writing a formal complaint to the GM or President of the company or personally go to their office and set an appointment with the head of the claims department. Usaually they don't replace your unit, they pay you cash for the market value of the phone during the period of loss.
