If i were to buy a bus pass with a american express card and get injured will the insurrance cover the injury?

If you were injured on the bus, then the bus company could potentially be liable for the injury.
However, if it were in an accident with another driver, the other driver's insurance would be liable.
And remember that if you are on a public bus, the public entity might have a cap on liability awards that would limit how much you could get.
Rarely would you need to even consider whether or not AmEx has such a provision.

not sure.. but the bus company's insurance sure would if you got hurt on the bus...
