If somone wanted to "buy" viaticals (life insurance policies), how would one go about doing it?


How does one become a viatical investor? are there companies looking for investors for the purpose of purchasing viaticals?

There are a large number of Companies that purchase Viaticals and Life Settlements. The best thing to do is search the internet under both Viaticals and Life Settlements and look for the term "Funders". That is the industry term for financial organizations that package and purchase these kinds of policies.

Once you locate these "Funders" check out their websites for any indication that they are looking for investors. Most of their websites have a tab on their Home Page for "Investors," if they are not institutional funders.
