Does anyone work for Medicare or consider themselves Medicare Speialists? |
I am being charged a 30% late enrollment penalty and I'm trying to fight it. Get an attorney. Unless you had other qualifying medical insurance from an employer or are in a special class of military retireees covered by Tri Care (formerly CHAMPUS) there probably is no way to avoid the late enrollment penalty for Part B. |
